The Holistic Yoga series consists of 12 personalized classes that begin with a discussion of individual intentions, movement patterns, and injuries to create a tailored yoga sequence. Participants will learn yogic breathing techniques, receive alignment adjustments, and practice poses until they can perform them confidently. The aim is to foster vitality and flexibility in daily life. The instructor shares their journey from starting yoga in 2007 to advancing training in various styles and focusing on the therapeutic benefits of yoga, continuing to practice regularly.
