Transformative Dialogue provides a space to explore your experiences with kindness and curiosity, connecting to the awakened heart-mind and fully experiencing what’s present. In order to structure a trajectory of development we’ll occasionally draw from Ken Wilber’s AQAL framework. The AQAL is a developmental framework which considers your Level of individual consciousness, the behaviors within particular Lines of learning, the States you’ve experienced, and how you use the Quadrants to relate to reality. By examining your experiences through these different lenses and understanding the various levels of consciousness, we can identify patterns, uncover hidden insights, and facilitate deeper understanding and growth. This process includes four key aspects of growth:
- Cleaning up
- Attachment repair and understanding the underlying emotional resonances stored within the psyche as a generative factor for our worldview and integrating the shadow aspects that drive disharmony in reality
- Waking up
- Practicing with methods designed to develop awakened states of consciousness and then systematically stabilizing them into readily accessibly ways of being (traits)
- Growing up
- Learning about the developmental stages and doing honest self-assessment, combined with interview of significant others to better understand where we are.
- Showing up
- Learning to bring coherent lucidity into our everyday lives and to encourage growth in all of our relations through openness, curiosity, and a commitment to our collective awakening
